How much do office movers cost in San Diego?
Office moving costs depend on the size of the office, how much furniture needs to be taken apart, IT equipment, building access (elevators, docks, stairs), distance and whether the move happens after hours. We give you a free written estimate after walking through both locations, so there are no surprises on move night.
Can you move our office after hours or on weekends?
Yes. Most of our San Diego office moves happen in the evening or over a weekend so your team loses little or no work time. We coordinate elevator and loading-dock reservations with building management at both locations and provide certificates of insurance.
How far in advance should we plan an office move?
For a small office, start planning 4–6 weeks out. Larger or multi-floor moves need 2–3 months, because building approvals, IT cutover and furniture layouts take time. Call us early. The walkthrough is free, and an early plan makes the move night itself much smoother.
Do you move computers and IT equipment?
Yes. Our crews pack and move computers, monitors, printers and other electronics with padding and protective crates. Your IT team or vendor should back up data and disconnect network equipment and servers before the move and reconnect them afterward. We’ll coordinate timing with them.
What’s the difference between office moving and corporate relocation?
